Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Umansh, we truly appreciate every contribution made by our donors. We strive to ensure complete transparency in how donations are used to help those in need of medical assistance.

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made through our platform are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.

Please double-check all details before making a contribution.

2. Exceptions (If Any)

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare situations, subject to review and approval by our internal team:

• Duplicate transaction due to a technical error.
• Fraudulent transaction reported by the rightful cardholder.
• Any unintentional error where donation was made to the wrong campaign and the donor immediately notifies us (within 24 hours).

3. No Cancellation of Donations

As donations are voluntary and processed instantly via payment gateway, we do not accept cancellation requests once the transaction is completed.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

In case of any payment dispute or chargeback request, we reserve the right to provide all necessary information and evidence to the payment gateway or bank regarding the transaction, as per law.
